About TL Promotions, Inc.
In 1994, TL Promotions, Inc. was established with a primary focus on selling baseball caps to corporate clients across the nation. Founded by Dennis Moon, the company partnered with an overseas factory, expanding its reach to over 1,000 corporate customers.
In 2006, TL Promotions, Inc. relocated from Bakersfield, CA to Weatherford, TX. Two years later, the company transitioned its factory production and launched a screen-printing operation to enhance services for both corporate and local customers.
By 2015, TL Promotions divested its screen-printing division and moved to Sanger, TX to concentrate on developing Classic TL Caps. In 2018, the company reintroduced apparel production and expanded its graphics department by implementing direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.
In 2019, Dennis Moon played a pivotal role in developing the innovative direct-to-film (DTF) printing process. This advancement necessitated a larger facility due to rapid growth.
In 2021, construction began on a modernized 4,800 sq. ft. building, completed in July 2022. The facility includes a showroom, a fully climate-controlled print room, and an air-conditioned warehouse, capable of producing up to 6,000 pieces in an 8-hour shift.
TL Promotions, Inc. is now one of the largest DTF printer in the country, leading the industry in design and development of the DTF printing process.
