Step One: Pick Your Preferences

Be sure to have an idea of what sort of product you’re interested in producing. Let us know the color, style, quantity, etc. by using the contact form. Links to our main suppliers can be found below.

Step Two: Prepare Your Graphics

After submitting an inquiry, you will be put into contact with a member of our design team. If you have an image or graphic prepared, have it ready to send over! Your designer can let you know if it will work for our process and what options are available to you.

Step Three: Work with a Designer

Before placing your order, you will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with a designer to customize your promo items. After receiving your custom mockups and approving the digital representation of your products, the order is finalized and sent for production.

Step Four: Pre-Production

For your items to be put in production, we require your invoice to be paid in full. You will also receive images of sample prints of your graphics to approve before final production.

Step Five: Enjoy Your Products

Custom promo item orders are typically completed within 7-10 business days. Upon completion, your order will be shipped to your location using the shipping address provided at the time the order is placed.
